Baskin Robbins Voucher
- The RM20 Baskin Robbins digital cash voucher is exclusively available with the purchase of 520 Flower Bouquets only.
- The voucher is redeemed per bouquet, not per order. For example, if you purchase two eligible bouquets in a single order, you will receive two RM20 vouchers.
Voucher Delivery
- The voucher will be sent to the WhatsApp number provided during checkout within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.
- Please ensure your WhatsApp contact is accurate and active to receive your voucher promptly.
Delivery Information
- All 520 Flower Bouquets come with Free Shipping (West Malaysia only).
- Free Shipping is fulfilled via Express Shipping (J&T) and takes approximately 2–3 business days from your selected “sent out” date at checkout.
- Please note: Free Shipping does not guarantee delivery on a fixed date. Delivery dates may vary depending on courier operations.
- If you require delivery on a specific/fixed date, we recommend choosing our Local Delivery option (within 40KM radius). Local delivery fees apply.
Refund Policy
- The Baskin Robbins RM20 digital voucher is strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- In the event of a valid refund request, only the value of the bouquet (excluding the voucher) will be considered for refund, and the final refund amount is subject to deduction of any shipping fees and material costs incurred in preparing the order.
- All refunds are processed at the sole discretion of De Fairy Tales, and approval may vary depending on the nature of the request and condition of the product.
Promotion Period
- This offer is valid while stocks last and applies only during the 520 promotion period from now until 20th May 2025.
