Refund policy

1. Our products are guaranteed against loss, theft and damage during delivery, with the exception of our money bouquet. Once delivered, however, responsibility lies with the recipient. Shop with confidence!

2. Our product is designed with quality in mind. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery to let us know and we'll make it right.

3. No refunds will be given for delivery issues caused by incorrect recipient information. For maximum accuracy, ensure your recipient's name, address, and contact information is correct.

4. Our return policy does not offer pick-up of the returned item. Customers are responsible for shipping it back.

5. While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that arrival times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as location and weather. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that delivery times are approximate and subject to change. We shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery beyond our control. In the event of delivery delays, we will make every effort to communicate with you promptly and provide updates on the status of your order.

6. As all flower arrangements are handcrafted upon receiving orders, the sizes provided are approximate and may vary. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the possibility of size variations in the flowers received. You also agree that alternative or substitute materials with equal or greater value may be used while maintaining the quality and aesthetics of the final product. You then have the option to extend the shipping window or cancel your order.

7. Kindly be informed that Defairy Tales cannot be held responsible for any cash provided for the creation of the Money Bouquet that goes missing during transit or delivery. In such instances, our liability is limited to refunding the expenses incurred for labor and materials used in crafting the Money Bouquet.

8. We do not deliver any fresh products to other state at this moment, except selected Segamat and Klang Valley area. This is to ensure the fruits/flowers we delivered is at it’s best conditions.
