Shipping policy
Same Day Delivery/ Local Delivery
- Same Day Deliveries are available on Monday to Saturday (10am to 4pm) for orders before 3pm on same day.
- Delivery area is within 40km of our warehouse for PJ Area. For Segamat area is within 15km of our shop.
- Delivery fees will be calculated based on distance and will be applied in checkout after putting in delivery address. Please make sure delivery address is the same as per Google Map. If different system will not be able to recognize the address, and Local Delivery Option will not appear.
- Please make sure you or recipient will be available on the delivery date to ensure driver able to deliver the bouquet safely. If we are unable to reach recipient, we will contact sender too. If both sender and recipient cannot be reached, our driver will place bouquet in reception/ mailbox area/ delivery area/ designated area for delivery items.
- One Delivery Fee per order is for One delivery only. For multiple delivery for different date/ location, please place a separate order.
- Our products are guaranteed against loss, theft and damage during delivery/shipping. Once delivered, responsibility lies with the recipient
- Please contact us here if you have any issues or delays with your delivery.
- Our product is designed with quality in mind. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery to let us know and we'll make it right.
- Our return policy does not offer pick-up of the returned item. Customers are responsible for delivering it back.
- No refunds will be given for delivery issues caused by incorrect recipient information. For maximum accuracy, ensure your recipient's name, address, and contact information is correct.
- We have the right to substitute with an item of equal or greater value and will inform you of any changes. You then have the option to extend the shipping window or cancel your order.
Shipping/ Postage Delivery
- We use courier service J&T for postage.
- Shipping will take 2-4 working days on shipping after order placed. Please expect delays during peak seasons/ holiday seasons/ bad weather/ natural disasters.
- We have postage service to whole West Malaysia.
- One Shipping Fee per order is for One shipping only. For multiple shipping for different date/ location, please place separate order.
